Overview Due to the nature of our print-on-demand products, all sales are considered final unless the item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrectly printed. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or buyer's remorse.
Defective, Damaged, or Wrong Items If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at traumainformedhumor@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the item and the issue
We will arrange a free reprint or issue a full refund at our discretion. No need to return the item.
Size & Fit We encourage all customers to review the size guide on each product page before ordering. Because items are made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to sizing issues. Please order carefully.
Wrong Shipping Address Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. We are unable to offer refunds or replacements for orders delivered to an incorrectly provided address.
Refunds Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund is issued.
